Meet Our Skilled Professionals
Embark on a journey of collaboration with our dynamic team of experts. Each member brings a unique set of skills and experiences, contributing to the vibrant tapestry of Dear Future Self. Together, we are dedicated to transforming learning experiences and fostering a future of limitless educational possibilities.
Although Dear Future Self Association is newly founded, we launched it after spending the past four years working with non-profit organizations at both European and national levels. Our team has significant experience in youth work, particularly under the Erasmus+ Programme and Active Citizens Fund Romania. Being active members of various youth worker networks and Youth NGOs at national and international levels, we have solid partnerships and reliable channels for collaboration and sharing our results.
I’m Luminita Ene, co-founder of DFS Association and a certified trainer by ANC Romania. My passion lies in youth work, especially on the international stage, where I design and deliver learning experiences focused on essential skills, entrepreneurship, cultural heritage preservation, creativity, and mindfulness. I hold a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from FABIZ, ASE.
I’m Maria Ilie, a young entrepreneur from Calarasi, and I’m deeply committed to youth development in my community. I’ve organized numerous workshops and training courses on inner leadership, time management, and public speaking through the “Leaders of the Third Millennium” educational program. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Project Management.
My name is Alina Dumitru, also a co-founder of DFS Association and an ANC Romania-certified trainer. I lead our research projects and design educational tools for teenagers and young people. Driven by my deep interest in non-formal education and European opportunities, I create and deliver educational content on essential skills, entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation. I earned my Master’s Degree in Project Management from ASE Romania.
